Who we are

Intentionall Technologies Group Corp., a company registered in the Republic of Panama ("Intentionall", "we"), is responsible for the personal data described here.

What we collect

  • What you send through our contact form: name, organization, email, WhatsApp number (optional), country, your role, the topic and your message.
  • Basic technical data your browser shares when you visit, such as device type and pages viewed, only if analytics is enabled. We do not sell personal data.

Why we use it

  • To reply to you and discuss the work you asked about (based on your consent and on steps you request before a contract).
  • To meet legal duties, including know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering checks for financial-services engagements.

Who we share it with

Only with partners or service providers who need it to answer your request (for example, a delivery partner for a project you asked about, or our email and CRM providers), under confidentiality obligations. We tell you before sharing your details with a partner for a proposal.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become a project are deleted after 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Project records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, or withdraw consent, at any time. Write to us using the contact details on our website and we will reply within the period the law sets.

Security

We use business-grade tools with two-factor authentication, limit access to people who need it, and never put identity documents or payment details into AI tools.
